Elmer is amazing!
Elmer is amazing!! Best customer service! There was issues with shipment and I never received my package. The first time I contacted lens direct they told me nothing could be done but Elmer helped me as I contacted them again and filed a replacement for me!

Calling is always best
Unfortunately, I had to call LensDirect to get my issue resolved after emailing them twice and trying to chat. With that being said, once I did talk to a customer service rep, Elmer, my issue was resolved very easily and quickly. I would suggest calling if you have an issue with your order.
