GREAT customer service!
I needed to add an upgrade to my lens replacement order and provide payment info. BIBI, my representative, was so courageous and helpful. She made it a great experience!

An error was made on my part when I mis-entered the prescription I needed.
An error was made on my part when entering a rx I needed for a pair of frames I wanted lenses inserted into. (Lens Direct is one of the very few companies that offers this service). Same day reply and excellent customer care provided to me by SHAWN to reconcile the error. Can't say enough about how happy I am with the customer service, prices and product quality of LensDirect. I am former optician and know my quality - highly recommended!!

I paid $9.99 for 2-4 day shipping
I paid $9.99 for 2-4 day shipping. I ordered March 3rd. According to the tracking number, they will be delivered on March 10th! I requested a refund on the shipping cost of $9.99 & they refused to do so. I will never order from lensdirect again. I will order elsewhere. Lensdirect did the proper thing. They have refunded the shipping cost.

Positive experience from beginning to end
I used this company because of their ratings. As I type this review I am wearing my GREAT new glasses. I appreciated the offers and discounts. Now I appreciate the great service. Was considering prescription sunglasses and decided to wait on these before I jumped in. I will be a return customer.
