Nightmarishly bad lenses
Nightmarishly bad lenses. I've ordered a few lenses from these people and not only is their customer service absolutely abysmal but each time I order a pair of lenses the prescription is off and the tent of the lens is changes every single time. They've given me the runaround and have proven that they are far more interested in keeping your money then and actually making things right and I will never do business with them again.

Getting new lenses on old frame
Excellent chat with Jade. I was not able to see the make on the frame anymore. Jade gave suggested that I send a picture of my old frame and current prescription to see if new lenses were replaceable before making the order.

Beware unless your doing charity
I have ordered the prescription lenses with a new frame at LensDirect. Last week, I received the order and found the frame too small for my face. Although I use their Try-on tool to verify frame size before ordering, it came smaller. I tried to return this order, I get this reply "eyewear orders can't be returned since they are custom-made just for you." You can exchange it for a new frame, and it will cost you 25% more, and shipping cost. Well, I decided not to put more money because I'm still not sure whether the new frame will be the right size for me. I will consider I gave this money away for charity and donate the frame to the Goodwill store because I have no use of this frame. TLDR: this is a scam and stay away. Order: #914361809
