Amazing service
Jade did a wonderful service and was able to correct my contact order to the correct prescription. I made a mistake and she got it fixed for me before the order shipped.

I was having trouble placing an order…
I was having trouble placing an order online. I called and spoke with JADE AUGUSTE and she was great! She took care of the issue promptly and efficiently and did it with kindness and care. We even had trouble with the connection at one point and She Called Me Back right away!! Jade was the epitome of good Customer Service which is so scarce these days!!!

Jamal did a wonderful job assisting me…
Jamal did a wonderful job assisting me via phone today. I discontinued my PayPal account which is what my Lens Direct was linked to for payment. When I called to submit new information, the call was effortless and non-demanding. He already had my account up and ready to go!
