The only company with the technologyto make my lenses!!
Of all the companies I contacted in the United States only Lens Direct had the experience to fill my prescription glasses!! They only asked that I used rimmed frames. I'm waiting for my frames to come in now. I am so relieved to have found them!!! The man I spoke with was so kind & understanding, patient too. He made sure that they would work with me & make my unique lenses. Thank God for Lens Direct!!! For without them I would not be able to see.

Amazing Customer Service
Amazing Customer Service A item I ordered from Lens Direct got lost in the mail and they went above and beyond to send me a replacement at no charge. Jade stayed in contact with me every step of the way and couldn't have been more courteous and professional in helping me through the process.

What pen do I use to dot the lenses? No One Knows!
I've received the shipping label and email directing me to "dot" the lenses where my pupil is located. I can not figure out which pen they are using in their training video. I tried to work with customer service on this problem and they don't know either! So far, frustrating experience and for this reason I'm considering cancelling my order.
