Price Match Excludes Competitor Sales
Disappointed with the Price Match policy—competitor sales aren't honored, which defeats the purpose of price matching in many cases

We completely understand how frustrating it can be when a competitor’s sale isn't eligible. Our goal is always to provide the best value and service to our customers, which is why we do offer price matching—but currently only from select retailers: 1800 Contacts, Warby Parker, ContactsDirect, Walgreens, and Target. We genuinely appreciate you sharing your thoughts, and we'll be sure to pass your feedback along to our team as we continually work to improve the experience for our customers.

Thanks for great customer support
Bibi was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions! I really appreciate them. I was a little hesitant to order lenses online. The customer support offered by Bibi is excellent. We hope the lenses will also be perfect too.
