Customer for Life (of my prescription)
Wow! what an experience. First, i had been shopping for my Contact Lens RX to be filled at all the "discount" providers and was shocked at the cost for a 6 month supply turned out to be. Somehow LensDirect came across my Instagram feed this morning and i decided to give them a try. my RX was filled so much less than the others and Sade even found an additional discount to apply. Thank you Sade & LensDirect for such a great customer experience!

Great customer support.
Had a issue with address not being right. KISSEL reached out to me. Sent new address in a few minutes later. messaged me back with results pretty quickly.
