I was help by Nyah about a coupon discount of 30% that I failed to use and asked Nyah if she could apply the coupon after I had paid for my purchase and she gladly took care of me and gave me the refund back on my credit card she also made sure I received the shipping label and sent it out again for me. Great customer service.

It’s very easy to choose prescription lenses for frames I already have. Sharing additional info was easy too. I sent my PD via text while they were closed. The next day Jade reached out and let me know she updated my file. Exactly the type of attention and response I needed.
