Jade was very helpful with the situation on my sunglasses. She was professional and courteous. There was a mistake when the lenses were cut, she corrected it and looking forward to the new sunglasses. I wouldn't hesitate to order from lens direct again.

Excellent staff
Very little wait time for my call to be answered, by a human, thank you you, also a huge plus for your company.Andrew was really friendly, good peopl skills. Bibi did an amazing job of cancelling…
Bibi did an amazing job of cancelling my contacts It was on autofill and i saw it come through my bank. Jumped on my lensdirect account and she stopped the shipment because i no longer need them. Thank you Bibi for your expertise!!!
