Bibi K helps me in every step through the whole process for how to used my old glass frame with the new glass . From how to up load the prescription and my old frame's picture, ( although I know it is easy for young generation to do that, but for this old person who never done before who did not know how). How to measure the PA. they sent me the mailing lable and box to sent my old glass for replacement , make my life much easy, and they let me know after they received it, and for how long I should expect to have my new glass. Extremly helpfull for every step on its way.

I assumed since I bought contacts from you last year that the correct number would be on file. Nyah assisted in replacing the phone number listed with the correct information.
