I had forgotten I had a 6 month automatic subscription and noticed a charge for a new order and immediately contacted a customer service representative who not only assisted me in canceling the order, but did it quickly and with a friendly professional manner during the chat, and provided a full refund. I will continue ordering my lenses from LensDirect, but I don't use my lenses every day so a 6 month supply lasts me much longer than 6 month. Prices are great, customer service is polite and helpful.

Enrique did a good job getting me started replacing my lenses in my Silhouette glasses frame. I sent the frames in today, we will see the final product.
