Spent the extra $20 for shipping to get…
Spent the extra $20 for shipping to get it in 1-2 days for a masquerade party and it has taken 1 week and 1 day to receive. (The party was 4 days after ordering date) That is if I even receive them today. Im only assuming because I am now receiving a review.

Phone support knew exactly who I was…
Phone support knew exactly who I was and what my current prescription is. Sent me a USPS mailing label instantly and my glasses were on their way to LensDirect the next morning. Turn around was quick and everything went smoothly.

Tried to cancel an order and was told it wasn’t possible even though package had not left your facility.

I have purchased many times from Lens…
I have purchased many times from Lens Direct and the process is very easy. I get email notifications through the whole process and it usually only takes a week to get my order sent back to me. The quality of the lenses is great. The prices are reasonable too which is awesome.
