Good glasses
Easy website, fast service, good results. Lenses put in my old frames are very good, lightweight and thin, at about a third the price of the new pair I got from the chain eye doctor/store place.

Delivery was faster than expected
Delivery was faster than expected. Customer service was very responsive. I accidentally wrote the wrong contacts prescription for one eye, I just chatted and got it resolved quickly.

Do not use this company!!
Do not use this company!!! 3 months to and as if today I have yet to receive my lens because they said they didn’t pass quality. 3 MONTHS and all they did was credit me $30. TERRIBLE!!!!

Waiting three months without receiving your lens is unacceptable, and the $30 credit clearly didn’t make up for that. The delay happened because the lens didn’t pass our quality check, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of timely updates or resolution. We’re reviewing what went wrong so this doesn’t happen again. I was given the wrong contact lenses
I was given the wrong contact lenses. The company didn’t even verify my prescription. Zero follow up communication about returning the lenses for my refund or credit. Phone call with support was useless.
