Customer service is awesome
Customer service is awesome. Everyone is so kind and knowledgable. If you reach out to them for any reason, they get back to you quickly. Their prices are great esp with the promo codes. I highly recommend using them for all your lenses.

Package was not delivered
Package was not delivered, was stated by USPS that package was sent back to sender due to incomplete address. I'm hoping for some type of compensation, don't know when my contacts will be delivered again.

The wrong prescription was sent to me
The wrong prescription was sent to me. I called and was told they would send another box. This has been 4 days and nothing has been done. Still waiting to hear anything from the company. UPDATE Still don't have any contacts nor a tracking number. Per the lady I spoke with they haven't been shipped as implied in previous response from lensdirect. No refund, no contacts still not resolved.
