Terrible customer service. They refuse to call me back with a resolution.instead they are upcharging me. The lenses they sent are terrible. Update: After multiple calls and messages through different social media sites I finally was able to get a representative who was able to work with me to get my lenses corrected without upcharging me. I just sent the lenses back and hoping they will come back corrected and I am looking forward to wearing them.

Terrible - held my glasses hostage and tried to talk me into more expensive lenses- I asked for manager and they never contacted me - lied about basic information - I would stay away
