I paid extra and ordered warp speed delivery for contacts while out of state. This company leads you to believe you will receive your order in 1-2 business days, but they actually “process” for 1-2 business days before even shipping. The shipping process is a scam! Don’t fall for it!

Replacement lenses caused almost a double vision effect. Three attempts so far with no response from their customer support, so I have a feeling I'll get no usable product for my $165? Update.....my local optometrist tested glasses received and determined lense script is reversed. Have reached out to Lens Direct twice with that info and waiting on response.

I sent in three pair of glasses for lens replacement. After sending them in with the payment, I received contact stating they recommended a different lens and that would be an additional charge. I approved that change and paid the upcharge and that was Nov 19, 2025. The three pair were sent back December 8, 10 and 11. As I received each pair, I tried them on. The first two pair no longer fit my face correctly. Not sure what happened. The third pair seems fine. However, none of the three are usable for me. When I put them on to read, it is very blurry. I can move them around my face and find one spot that seems to work but that's it. I tried wearing them for several hours and they gave me a headache. I asked for a refund for all three pair due to these issues and I was informed that this company does not provide a money back guarantee. The only option is to continue to work with them and give them a chance to continue to make changes. That is where I am at this point. Several emails back and forth and I have had to send pictures of the glasses. At this point, I am out almost $350 and do not have glasses that work. I really hope they do keep their promise to continue to fix them to make them usable. Time will tell.

UPDATE - The company did get back to me and apologized. They are looking into the wording of their return policy. I received lens replacements for my own frames and the lenses are good. I ordered new frames and lenses. I picked the frame that matched frames that I already have as that has worked for me at other online retailers in the past. The frames bridge does not fit like a 17 like my other glasses do. They are unwearable. I contacted customer service to return the glasses. First I was told that they are not returnable because they are lens replacements. This is an entirely new pair of glasses, not replacement lenses. Then I was told the frames are returnable but the lenses are not. The Return Policy is extremely misleading. How they word it makes it sound like only "replacement lenses" are not returnable. "We offer a 30-day return policy on all products, excluding full-service lens replacement, which is covered under our Remake Policy. Returns must be in unused, undamaged condition." I am also having them make actual Lens replacements for a pair of frames I sent to them. That is a lens replacement. I'm praying they are ok. I have used several other companies and a new pair of glasses is a new pair of glasses, frames and lenses. Not "replacement lenses" They need to change their verbiage in the policy. If you can't afford to lose money be very careful with this company.
