If there were zero stars that’s what I would rate this scam operation. They will ship your lenses NOT AS ORDERED and incorrect and it will take as long as 45-60 days to get. Case in point - ordered lenses with edge polish and the came late and without edge polish. They refused to replace lenses only offering $15 credit for their incompetence refusing to make the order as paid for. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

This is the second time I have used lens Direct. Both times the lens replacement was made simple by the quick online process, ease of shipping with the prepaid provided shipping info. and the online tracking updates. The end result was fantastic and I am already getting ready to send another order…highly recommend.

I recently ordered len replacements and new glasses from Lens Direct. I made a huge mistake of adding two numbers together from my prescription to get my PD. After talking with my daughter (an Optometrist) I learned that was wrong!!! I contacted Djanna at Lens Directly and she quickly made the change using the correct PD.I am so happy that Djanna was so prompt and also helpful. FYI I used the LensDirect tool using Safari and a large magnetic button and was able to effectively measure my PD. Lesson learned: the PD tool works!

Timely and courteous interaction!

The only place I order lenses from for years now. Every experience has been positive. From customer service (excellent service today, thank you, Djanna), rapid turnaround, excellent boxing/shipping ease! Straight-forward, excellent prices and quality. Never had an issue. From my side I've forgotten to add some information (pupil distance) and contacting them to make the correction was handled with great ease. Customer for life here. Thank you.

I received my contact lenses immediately ad am waiting for my glasses. Kissel reached out to me to get some additional information they needed and let me know they will be shipped shortly. Kissel was very helpful and courteous.
