Great customer service
When I couldn't manage to enter my Dr's phone# in the website, I emailed it to LD. Chelsea replied immediately and handled the transaction. She was very pleasant and professional.

Starting to worry
So far I paid for two days shipping I sent in my frames took almost a week and a half granted it was around Christmas and new years so I feel like I wasted money the 26th of December is when I ordered lenses and sent in my frames it is now the 15th and im still waiting for the update that my lenses are even being set up yet so I feel a headache everyday waiting my them and still waiting for the so called 10 to 14 days for lenses to be finished to even start if you dont have another pair find another way to get them fixed I just really like my glasses
