Resolved my issue fast! Was pleasant and professional. I've been getting my contact lenses from Lens direct for a while now with no issues. Will continue buying my contacts from this company.

Worst experience. I sent a pair of readers to have rx lenses fitted into them. After 3-4 weeks they had to start the process over again because there was an error with the lenses (they had my frames this whole time). They redid the rx lenses, fitted them and sent me back my frames after a total of about six weeks. I tried them on and they're unusable. The original lenses worked better than the ones they put in. I emailed and asked for a refund. They said I could send them back to have them refitted. Then I got another email from someone at "Customer Happiness" apologizing for my experience. I responded a week ago and still haven't heard back. I will never use this company again. So disappointing.

They were very prompt on customer service the only reason it's not a 5 star is because it takes 12to14 business days for them complete glasses b4 sending them out

I was greeted promptly .by Sari . Exchange was polite and helpful. She solved my problem and reassured me everything is correct , the order is processing, and my glasses should arrive within two weeks.

Nyah was extremely efficient in helping me navigate a problem. There was an accidental auto renewal that resulted in an additional charge to my account. Nyah was able to get answers, follow up with me & give me next steps to resolve the problem.
