Shop here you won’t regret it!
The amount of patience and time that the customer service team took to handle the small issue that i had Is amazing. No other company has ever taken care of me so well i will Never deal with another place to get lenses from. Shawn thank you for everything and I will be back very soon for my transition lenses!

Adelita handled my issue with failure…
Adelita handled my issue with failure to receive the mailing label and order number while we were on the phone. My frames will go to the post office tomorrow (they’re closed today) and I’ll await my new lenses. Bill Sheldon

Faulty lenses and fake guarantee
The prescription lens that were added to my glasses did not match my prescription at all. I was literally unable to see through them. I called the company multiple times and was left on hold for as long as 40 minutes. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company. Two months later LensDirect actually CONTESTED this claim! Do not believe the 100% Money Back Guarantee advertised on the LensDirect homepage! Save your time and aggravation and just go to your local optician.
