Great prices and even better service
Great prices and even better customer service! LensDirect had the best price for my contacts and they arrived quickly. A few months later, I needed a copy of my receipt for insurance. I couldn't log in to my account. I chatted with customer service agent Mario for quite a while so he could investigate. He found my account and receipt even though I had entered the wrong email address when I made my original order.
