Amazing customer service!
Amazing customer service. I tried to reorder contact lenses with an expired prescription, and LensDirect was great about helping me get them an updated prescription. I called today to update my prescription, make sure my order was still active, and also change the shipping method to a faster service, and Rissa was fantastic to helping make all those changes and even stayed on the line to make sure that she received my updated prescription. She did all this while making me feel like she was there to help every step of the way. Truly appreciated.
