Order arrived as prescribed, but wait time was very long, almost one month.

At the moment I have to keep my rating at the lowest level. I ordered two pairs of glasses and was told that was not at all a problem. Turns out that is not at all the case. I have yet to receive more than the one pair of glasses I was sent a few weeks after I ordered them. That means it's been a very long time since I ordered the other pair of glasses. Not sure exactly what the problem is, although the support staff has been extremely responsive. They get a 5 star rating. But, how long does it take to "talk to the lab" to find out what happened? Notification of the order being received was on November 29, 2021. Seems like a very long time not to be able to read.

I’m very happy with the quality of my Lensabl lenses. It’s nice to be able to send in your own frames. I ordered two pairs of glasses. It would have been nice to receive two cleaning cloths instead of just one.

the prescription lenses were fine. the problem was the Bose frames i ordered. they were too small, and there was no other size -- they had to be returned. the problem is, understandably, that prescription lenses can't be restocked. but, if you're going to sell with frames, there needs to be a try-on model -- like ship the frames with a cc deposit to test for size, fit, function, comfort. i got a full refund from Bose and reimbursement on top of that to the value of the Lensabl lenses, because Lensabl was "no refund." you need to fix that model.
