The issue with Cadillac was finalized but took too long. The law group was diligent in trying to resolve the issue but had difficulty getting any feedback from Cadillac/GMC corporation. The problems with our car still exist but Cadillac states they are within "acceptable parameters" for the car and given this position there is little more to be done..

We understand how frustrating the whole process can be. First dealing with a lemon of a car and then having to start this long process to make things right. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.

I never write reviews, but I am this time! It’s terrible when you buy a brand new $80k truck and have problems with it on day one and the dealership and manufacturer drag their feet and tick you off. Not only did Lemon Law Group push the claim through, but got a full buyback, nice settlement check, & had the Manufacturer pay the attorney fees. This is a long process and things can get quite at times, but your dealing with corporate red tape. Be patient...get the information they need, read the information/instructions they send, and let them do the work!! The more documentation you have or videos that show your vehicle is trash the better chance for your claim. Biggest advice is to be patient and positive. I worked with Maria Hannah, and she was really helpful. Made me feel comfortable that all was good and she’d take care of everything. Hopefully I never have to do this again, but I know who to contact if I do! Thank you Maria Hannah and Lemon Law Group!!
