A success story, I was just browsing the internet and found their ad. I did research as I was a bit skeptical and this was my first time in a situation like this. I purchased a car brand new off the lot,it was my first new car that I mainly purchased for work and personal use.I was so happy ,but unfortunately that happiness faded after the first month. Issues began to rise and the dealer threw everything they could to fix it, but to no avail. So with that being said in came my heroes at Lemon Law Group and Partners. They took my case after I initially contacted the and told them of the situation via email,they jumped to help me and begin the lemon law process I felt as if I made a great choice. They had a lot of team members working hard on my case during the process and I believe they should be applauded for doing this all during the start of the pandemic. Throughout this process I have had pleasant and positive experiences with each of the members but there was one I can name that I thought was the best, I would be Mr. Randy Dunbar. He not only keep me informed but keep me level and organized when there was a documents needed or any questions that I had. The process was long and daunting but after 5-7 months and going back and forth with emails,it was with him that we won the case. Thank you so much for your hard work to the Lemon Law group but especially to Mr.Dunbar.

I would like to tell people how my experience with LLGP went. First off, J. Chamberlain and A. Greif did an excellent job with my case. I resolved over a year long battle with the manufacturer of my vehicle for multiple issues which they could not resolve. The manufacturer was making me crazy for issues they admit they couldn't fix! Yet, they offered me no assistance and I went with LLGP to protect and enforce my rights. For those who think this may be easy, its not. The manufacturer is going to drag their feet and make things difficult for you. Be prepared for a long battle. Mine took approx 5 months from start to finish. 3 of those months the vehicle sat in my driveway. It wouldn't run without a jump start! These people do fight for you behind the scene. Trust me it's stressful. Keep calm, keep records, have videos and be "Patient"! Overall, the best feeling in the world is returning a lemon with a "grin" on my face and getting a check to purchase a better vehicle!

I would like to commend Randy Dunbar on the way he handled my case with GM. He was always professional, returned calls and emails in a prompt manner. It has been a long almost 18 months but he helped me understand the process and I truly felt he was supporting me. Would recommend your practice and Randy to anyone.

Lemon Law's group are very caring and try to do for their clients. Maria is very sweet. The only thing I wish would have gotten to talk more with my Lawyer.
