I can only say great things about Randy…
I can only say great things about Randy and his entire team at The Lemon Law Group. They jumped on my case right away and went to work against Nissan. Randy did everything he said he would do in helping me get some kind of relief from all the headaches I had been receiving from the brand new 2022 nissan Rogue I purchased. I give to the Lemon Law Group a "10 STARS" RATING, because their particular performance and professionalism to my particular case in which I was at the bottom of my situation and no hopes on site, but this firm accomplished something for me that I would not be able to do it on my own. Very Little Fight
On the consultation call, I was told they'd fight for a buyback or replacement of my Lemon as it was squeaking and the infotainment system kept failing to no avail, no matter how many times I took it in. my attorney never even contacted me, it was always the assistant or paralegal. Once the first settlement came, it was ridiculously low, so we continued negotiations. The second offer came in and I thought it was still very low and not even close to a buyback or replacement, but the law firm advised we take this offer and that this is a pretty common settlement. I asked for the lawyers outlook on it and he said he'd check with him and came back and stated he thinks it's a good offer otherwise we risk losing the whole case. Why didn't they tell me that it would likely end in a ridiculously low amount with ZERO fight from the law firm??? Not happy with their efforts at all!!!

Great Lemon Law firm
Great Lemon Law firm. The attorneys here are top-notch and the case managers are buttoned up and on top of it. I love this law firm and highly recommend them for Lemon Law claims.
