Truly shocking - Avoid!!!
Truly shocking. Awful. Paid £117 for a small candle holder urn. What arrived was no more than a £5 pot (spray painted black!) barely worthy of a plant in the garden, let alone my Father! Would feel bad putting a pet in this urn! Lid doesn't screw on, so ashes are vulnerable to spilling. The bottom isn't painted or protected with anything, just bare pottery. It is cheap, nasty and devastating to receive while grieving. On top of this, delivery took 2 weeks! customer service is non-existent. Hoping I'll be able to get my money back, but don't hold much hope. Avoid Avoid Avoid! LegendUrn you should be ashamed!!

If you're not satisfied with the product you can return it to us at no cost and get a full reimbursement.
