Not that impressed
The urn looked more impressive in the online picture. The cross on the urn is a sticker and it is very light weight. The urn did arrive in time for our needs but I never received the tracking information for it.

Somewhat disappointed
Somewhat disappointed, I thought I was getting 3 stones as pictured and ened up with only one.

Faster than expected but broken
The order arrived much sooner than expected which was nice. Unfortunately two of the four pieces were broken, having paid for the extra insurance this was disappointing to see but I understand this isn’t their fault. As their support helps me I will update this review.

Broken part
The urn came in time, Is beautiful except one of the bird's tail was broken. I thought I would return it but it comes from the Netherlands and my dad passed away 3 weeks ago. It would take way too long to get a new one and who knows, it might come with a broken tail again. I think I can crazy glue it back on.

It was a very pretty urn
It was a very pretty urn. Nice detail work. However it was very costly for the size it was. Very disappointed with how small this urn out. It wouldn’t fit all the ashes in it. You all need to take in to consideration the size for the ashes and make your urns bigger.

Thank you for your kind review. We apologize for this late response. We do mention on the website the urn you bought is a keepsake urn and also next to the picture we mention the volume of the urn. Behind the 'question mark' you will find an explaining about required sizes. We are sorry it was not obvious for you about the size. Also, it would have been possible to return the product when you are not (completely) satisfied.

Flawless unfinished figurine
The figure is flawless but it lacks functionality. The bottom cap to close the urn doesn't actually close, or even fit where it should, it's more of an underlaying piece of raw ceramic that is not attached to the urn, and doesn't come with any type of padding so it's prone to damaging the surface underneath. It also doesn't come with any type of rubber seal because it doesn't sit perfectly under the piece - weird how little thought went into this part of the urn. It comes with a bag and zip tie because evidently you can't place loose ashes inside. It also comes with 6 silicone glue dots to place on the bottom, so you can use 4 to put on the corners so the urn won't damage the surface it sits on, but the other 2 are not enough for the bottom cap. I was amazed that this bottom part was made as if this were a cheap piece while the piece in itself is pure gorgeousness and luxury, which matches the price, hence 3 stars, since functionality, I believe, must be flawless in an urn.

Thank you for your product review. The urn you're describing is made from porcelaine and therefore has no screwcap or fixed locking mechanism as an opening as porcelain works too much when baked and made. Hence there is a big opening on the bottom over which the also porcelain lid can be glued after having filled the urn. Glue is sold and recommended on our website and even on the productpage of this specific urn. Without glue the lid will not make sens nor remain in place indeed.
