I expected better quality for what I…
I expected better quality for what I spent . The picture frame was dollar general quality , very light, generic feel. I spent over $140 for what I feel was just the tiny silver heart that my granddaughters ashes will be in. Very disappointing.

I have still not received the urn i ordered , i have attempted to contact you and have gotten no response

Major delays prior to item being…
Major delays prior to item being shipped. Blamed on the artist and carrier. No response to voicemails and emails. My baby boy’s ashes came home in a plastic box while waiting for his urn.

misleading photo
I ordered comfort precious stone. Your photo for this shows 5 small stones. I thought I would be getting 5 small stones for $115. I received 1 small stone. Your advertising is misleading. I bought a 10" had painted urn for $99 from another company. I really feel cheated.

Size and Price
I guess I didn't really understand the measurements that were listed about my item... I don't know why you would make an urn (animal) that is SOOOOO SMALL that it in no way can hold even half your animals' ashes, and the price for that small thing was WAY TOO MUCH, I would send it back, but I don't have time for all your stupid requirements for the return. Has to be in original box have to print and fill out form, make sure to pay for insurance to cover the return item cost in case you never receive it, which just tells me your company has had issues in the past with "not receiving" the item and people have complained. When you ship out the items there should be a return form in the box and we shouldn't have to reuse the same box the box it came is was all crushed so why would I wasn't to use that to return item. So im not returning but when someone asked my I will not give you a good review.

The product is not functioning its…
The product is not functioning its primary use. The closure does not fit properly causing the bottom to have a curved and not sit stably. I've reached out and received no support with this. Additionally the shipping time was over 14 days.

I found it impossible to get an idea…
I found it impossible to get an idea about shipping. When I bought the urn I was unaware it was coming from Europe. I ended up buying one domestically because I was afraid it wouldn’t be delivered in time. Now I will attempt to return it.
