Beautiful urns, but poor responsiveness
The urn we received is simply stunning and we are very happy with the product quality. Unfortunately, it was and still is very hard to get a timely response to an email, voicemail or contact form from Legend Urns. I actually thought they'd taken my money and disappeared and was about to file a fraud claim until I finally got a hold of someone there. Kevin apologized profusely for not responding and eventually shipped our beautiful urn and a receipt after repeated requests. I'm still trying to get a hold of them to buy a keepsake urn too, but have decided it's not worth the headache.

The ordering process was very easy
The ordering process was very easy, and the actual URN is even more beautiful then in the picture. I am very happy I found this company and able to order this particular URN.

Am socially distant from the lovely urn
the service has been excellent but I haven't been able to view the urn because I am socially distant from the city apartment where it was delivered. I am not sick but would be much more confined at that condo complex than where I am in the country. I am sure it's beautiful !
