The “Into the light” urn is even more beautiful in person. Legend Urn personalized to my requested specifications. The Urn arrived safe and secure. I could not be happier with my experience. Legend Urn...Thank you so very much. My amazing father and someday my mother will both rest in this beautifully crafted urn together.

Handmade keepsake urn 'Zaria' Electric Blue 101823 We ordered this as an urn for our 3-year-old mini-dachshund. The urn is exactly what I had hoped for. The employees were very responsive to my questions and although the shipping time indicated a few weeks to arrive, we received it within a week! I would certainly order from this company again.

So Grateful!
Wonderful product and excellent customer service! I ordered a star fingerprint pendant. It appears to be custom cast rather than just laser-etched, and the workmanship is top quality. Having this permanent reminder of my dad has brought a lot of peace to my mom, who wears it every day. Thank you, LegendURN, for being a bright spot in a dark time!

Never Again
Horrible customer service. I emailed to check on my order and never received a response. I was told they never received confirmation of the proofs or sent the order to the artist as a result. Then, my order miraculously appeared, but it didn’t arrive in time for the Memorial Service. When asked to confirm if the order would arrive on time - they just sent the order out anyway and provided a tracking receipt. If I would’ve known that the urn wouldn’t of arrived in time for the Memorial - I would’ve canceled and found someone else. But they charged me anyway, didn’t meet requested deadline, and had crappy customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Dear customer, Thank you for your review. We're very sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced with this order. It is true that it took too long to treat because of an overlooked mail that contained your approval for the engraving. There is no excuses, this was an error on our part for which we once again apologize. We hope int the end you do like the urn but we understand your disappointment with our company. We'll take your remarks to heart to improve our services. Best regards, legendURN

I’m A Fan
The Customer Service I have received from Legend URN has been beyond excellent. I have emailed to ask questions which were addressed promptly and my orders have been delivered without delay. The selection of urns that Legend offers is more unusual and elegant than offerings I have seen elsewhere. I feel fortunate to have discovered Legend URN.
