My girlfriend broke her ankle last year and wanted a safe way to get back into fitness. We were surprised as to how well the ease-absorbant rebounder felt for her ankle as she bounced on it routinely. Were looking into getting a stability bar next! I highly recommend this if you need a light, at-home, fitness experience.

Thank you for sharing such a meaningful experience. We're so glad the rebounder has been a helpful and gentle way for your girlfriend to ease back into fitness after her injury. That’s exactly what we hope to provide—a safe, effective option for all fitness levels and needs. The stability bar is a great next step, and we’re here if you have any questions about it. We truly appreciate your recommendation and support! Best, Leaps and Rebounds Team
