I bought the ReBounder. I was putting on the bungees and the metal tool broke. I contacted the company three separate times asking for a replacement so that I could finish putting bungees on and they just ignored me. I am not happy especially when they said there was a warranty on it and they didn't even stand by it when the Tool broke right away. Eventually they emailed me and said I could purchase one which is totally ridiculous. Not happy with this company at all

I stumbled upon Leaps and Rebounds while hunting for a new pair of sneakers, and let me tell you, the experience was a rollercoaster of frustration. The site promised a wide selection, but when I finally found something I liked, the checkout process was a nightmare. The payment kept failing, and the customer service was nowhere to be found. By the time I got through, I was ready to give up on online shopping forever. But here’s the twist-after a few more attempts, I finally got my order. The sneakers were decent, but the whole ordeal left me questioning whether I’d ever trust an online store again.

Your customer support team needs to slow down and carefully read and view the report and photos we provided regarding a serious safety concern. The elastic bands and how they are failing so quickly, less than 30 days and when they do fail and come a part they do so as and launch the metal clips across our room, with the last band breaking today and the metal clip flying into my face sitting about 10 feet away. While we certainly appreciated the companies offer for a replacement mat, we never indicated a problem with the mat in our report or the photos we provided and my 11 year old daughter continues to have to wait even longer as we l have to send additional emails now to reexplain to customer care the issue for a product we have not yet owned for even 30 days and is now completely un-usable We do not feel the company is taking the report serious enough or at all as we hope to bring awareness to a potential quality issue that if not corrected can cause other users and anyone with in range to get seriously injured if stuck with the flying metal pieces from the clips used to bind the ends of the bands together.

I ordered a rebounder and a stability bar but only received the stability bar. After emailing customer service they responded by saying the rebounder was on backorder. So they only informed me of this after I reached out to them and they were basically going to just not ship me anything for potentially months and months as they stated they didn't have an estimated date. I ended up returning the stability bar as I didn't want to get stuck with a useless stability bar without a rebounder. My question is why would they even send me the stability bar out knowing that they didn't have the rebounder? They wasted my time and theirs along with shipping and return shipping costs. When I asked customer service if they would honor the sale price that I had for my purchase later once everything was back in stock they declined. I won't likely be a Leaps & Rebounds customer at this point.

If I could give this review a zero I would. I bought a leaps and rebounds rebounder in 2016 and it lasted me many years before it finally wore out. In 2024 I finally bought a new one only to find out it was not made as well as the other and had cheaper materials. I figured oh well I'd give it a shot and still try it out. Boy was I disappointed. After only a month of using the rebounder the bungee clips broke one after another. Cheap pieces of garbage. What happened guys, did You go for quantity instead of quality. Truly sad! Now looking for a different brand. Hope Leaps and rebounds can fix their mistakes. Here's to hoping!!!

Avoid Leaps and Rebounds, or be prepared to fight for your warranty rights frequently. I ordered a mini trampoline through Leaps and Rebounds 2 years ago. They offer a Life Time Warranty - which is good because their rebounders break. I have had to deal with replacement warranty claims on several whole frames (the welding fails and the legs snaps off of the frame) and multiple mats (the component that holds the bungee to the mat snaps off). I wouldn't mind doing that, except they are slower and slower to honor the warranty. That means when my rebounder breaks, I have to wait longer and longer to get back into my home exercise routine. Most recently, they have sited shipping delays due to Covid-19, but their website still promises 2-6 days to ship; I have been waiting almost a month to receive my replacement. Edit: Ultimately, Leaps and Rebounds refused to honor their warranty. They said I had too many rebounders break and now I have to pay for my replacements. I was shocked and horrified because they placed the blame on me. I have only used the rebounder as instructed, and in fact babied it because I love rebounding and I hate when they break. I am not overweight, but I did jump every day. There was nothing I could do to enforce their warranty. My only option was to take them to small claims court. In the end, I invested in a Bellicon rebounder which feels better to jump on and has a warranty you can trust. I still recommend avoiding Leaps and Rebounds.
