Poor Execution & Customer Service
I ordered a rebounder and a stability bar but only received the stability bar. After emailing customer service they responded by saying the rebounder was on backorder. So they only informed me of this after I reached out to them and they were basically going to just not ship me anything for potentially months and months as they stated they didn't have an estimated date. I ended up returning the stability bar as I didn't want to get stuck with a useless stability bar without a rebounder. My question is why would they even send me the stability bar out knowing that they didn't have the rebounder? They wasted my time and theirs along with shipping and return shipping costs. When I asked customer service if they would honor the sale price that I had for my purchase later once everything was back in stock they declined. I won't likely be a Leaps & Rebounds customer at this point.

We’re truly sorry for the experience you had with your recent order. We’ve checked the details of your order, and at the time of your purchase, our American Tough Rebounder had just sold out. It was a limited edition product that ran out much faster than expected, and unfortunately, some orders including yours were affected before our system could reflect the stock status in real time. We understand how frustrating it was to only receive the stability bar without advance notice about the backorder, and we agree this should have been communicated to you proactively. We're working on improving that part of our process to avoid situations like this moving forward. While we weren’t able to honor the previous sale price at that time, we truly appreciate your support and feedback. The good news is: we are planning to bring back the American Limited Edition rebounder soon.
