The first rebounder sent was defective, it took awhile to get a replacement and I have yet been able to assemble as I have just received it.

So much potential but the equipment breaks after 2 months. Yes they offer a lifetime warranty but it takes forever to get the replacement.

I received my L&R 48" as a gift in 5/24 from my daughter. After 1 year of use I had 2 bungees break. I am 60 years old and 145lbs. I use it 5-6 times a week. After 14 months, the mat tore away from the edge while I was jumping. I reached out to them and they said they would send a replacement mat. After about 2 weeks I got back in touch as I heard nothing. Then they said it was not purchased from an authorized seller, so I had to purchase the replacement mat, so I did, then I find out I had to buy the bungees separately. I have a JumpSport that i have had 5 years and have had no issues. I like the size and bounce of the L and R much better. I am hopeful I will not have to buy another mat or more bungees.

We bought a replacement mat for our trampoline. Our 13 year old uses it, and she ripped it in 2 spots (she is 120lbs, incase that matters). Ordered a new mat and the charge to ship to Canada was 100$USD. Expected that to be via fedex or UPS but it was just USPS! Package was not heavy at all, so not sure how much of a profit they made off the shipping. (Shipping for 2 mats was the same as for just one so we ordered 2 because we anticipate it breaking again..)

Shipping to Canada can be surprisingly expensive, even through USPS, due to cross-border fees, handling charges, and package dimensions. We want to assure you that we don’t profit from shipping costs; we simply pass on the carrier rates we’re given. That said, we know it’s far from ideal and are actively exploring more affordable and transparent shipping options for our Canadian customers.
