The provider was on time, explained medication where I was going to start. She answered all my questions and submitted my medication for to the pharmacy and I liked her and I look forward to hopefully speaking to her again.

Absolutely unethical company, they do not provide a treatment plan or rationale for clinical decisions, you may not speak to your provider directly only through and unqualified customer service rep. They continue charging the card on file after you have canceled. Avoid this company at all costs, I have never received such poor care. Ive reported to the Better Business Bureau and federal trade, commission, do your homework better than I did!

I was having trouble with my phone doing a visual visit so we did a regular phone call, which was great. He seemed very competent, compassionate and understanding. Explain things very well.

BEWARE!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is NOT a good company. They will charge you, refuse to give you a refund before you ever speak to a doctor. Force you into auto subscription. They are ATROCIOUS to try to get answers, and IF you ever get answers they won't be consistent from person to person. I can only hope people see this review and STEER CLEAR. Over 3 hours on the phone. Hung up on SEVERAL times.

They are horrible. If you can’t get an appt even after they’ve taken your money more than two weeks previously. If they can’t even keep an appt, how are they going to offer support throughout the program? I do not recommend them! And they still have not refunded me. Buyer beware! You definitely get what you pay for. I didn’t have this problem with the more expensive programs.
