Scam absolutely nothing but a SCAM.

When I tried to submit payment my bank declined it. I took a screen shot. Just in case. So I disregarded appointment. I just moved here from Florida last week. So this is the first time I decided to get my medical card. I later realized I had $129 missing from my bank account and saw it was from leafydoc their bill comes thru as heally etc. I realized even though I canceled phone call since bank declined payment, I still received a call from doctor Joel twice. I then saw I received an email I was approved without speaking to ANYONE and after I clearly upload a Florida driver's license. As I do not have a Georgia state ID. I immediately call, can't get through to anyone. Takes you to a voice-mail. You're forced to chat online. Not only did they take the money after I canceled. Call me after I canceled but approved me clearly seeing I have a Florida state ID. Come to find out. Georgia is very strict and I cannot get a medical card without a Georgia state ID. I was then told I will receive a refund within 2-3 business days. I better receive my money back. I CANCELED APPOINTMENT AND BANK DECLINED PAYMENT. So I do not even know how the heck did it go thru? How the heck you call a patient twice after the cancelation of that appointment and have the NERVES TO APPROVE ME KNOWING I have a Florida driver's license. Scam scam scam. I'm so upset and I want my money back asap. How dare you guys treat people in this way. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting and conniving.

Hi Marylou, we thank you for leaving us this comment. We certainly take our process seriously, and no patient that is ineligible for their card will ever be charged in our company. Whenever this does happen by mistake, an immediate refund is issued. In your case, we see you were billed on 03/04, and your refund processed 03/05.
