They set me up with an on the phone interview with A Doctor. I completed the interview. Doctor said leafy docs and himself would email rite over documents I need to fill out for a license but never have and the Doctor won’t answer the phone and when I reached to leafy docs they said they can’t help with a Doctor they set me up with. Place is a waste of time.

Hi Robert, we're sorry to hear our staff weren't helpful. We'll certainly be looking at that - we always strive for a great customer experience. Regarding your recommendation form to get registered with the state - this was issued by your doctor on the same day of your appointment and is in your patient portal for you to retrieve. For your convenience, we have just emailed that form to you. In any case, if you need any further assistance, please do let us know. We want to make sure you can complete the process.
