First never asked for profile number and checked with state, no certificate. Tried calling, high volume. No speaking with rep. Tried to chat, no chat button at bottom of page. Called again charged again. $179. Finally certified and now trying to get money back from first visit that got no certificate. Would try someone else for better results.

Doc was great during appt. Asked questions re renewal and appointment was concluded with a promise that submission to the state would be completed that day. 2 weeks later, after I called to complain that they didn't complete their end, I had an expired license and they just said "sorry". They submitted that day and when I complained, I was told that due to the inconvenience, the state would be renewing on my expiration date. That is BS and I called them out for it. Still no apology that was meaningful nor any accommodations for their failure. Beware.
