Hello Steve, there seems to be some confusion, because as of 3/20/2023, NY State no longer mails out plastic cards to patients that are approved. The paperwork issued by the doctor contains a registry ID that can be shown to the shop alongside a government issued ID so you can buy your medications. This doctor's certificate is available for you in your patient portal. If you need any assistance, let us know by emailing us at [email protected]
