Thank you for reaching out, and I appreciate the opportunity to clarify the registration process in Ohio. In Ohio, the doctor registers patients directly within the state portal. Once the doctor completes this step, the state automatically generates and sends an email straight to the patient containing instructions on how to complete the registration. The screenshot you are seeing is proof that your physician successfully completed their portion of the registration online. To finish the setup, you will need to open the email sent directly by the state and follow the final steps listed there.
