The company installed the tile wrong so they had to come back in 2 weeks to redo it and I was ok with the cause the guys were great who work on it. Unfortunately it’s been 6 weeks and I spoke with David and he said they were coming today and NO ONE SHOWED UP, CALLED OR SCHEDULE ANOTHER DAY! I am not able to use my shower and the shelving isn’t installed. The shower rod isn’t installed. Doing the installation David did not want them to dry wall the closet door that was removed I had to call to get that done I would of had a closet door leading into the tub. And today is the 7of Nov and I am still waiting on the installation to be completed

was not a great experience to begin with. Started out very rocky. The second contractor was more experienced and knew who to fix problems more efficiently. In the end, our bathroom is usable. However, we still have adjacent walls that need repair from the first contractor.

i was well cared for. your staff came as planed and worked very carefully. the second day I again was pleased he arrived as planned and worked to install my shower. was pleased to see the results of his work and couldnt be more happy. I wish he had asked me about the height of the rod. i adjusted to what he had done. All in all, He did a great job. So greatful.

The two installers arrived when they said they would. They worked nine hours to successfully get the chair lift to work well. There was a problem but, by troubleshooting with the aid of the company, it was working great by the end of the day.

Sales rep was straight-forward and knowledgeable. Costs a little more but reliability and lifetime warranty are major factor as well as lack of need for frequent maintenance. Had some initial problems with minor adjustments but these were taken care of quickly.

all of the representatives were friendly and knowledgeable. We were told a day maybe two for the shower redo. One guy showed up, started the job and messed up his back. Then he had personal obligations and the install took 4 days. He did a good job but we felt we were held hostage in our home waiting for the work to be finished. Hours spent working would equal about a day but spread out over four.

From the very first person on the job to the last final payment of the job my recommendation would be to RUN from this company!! This was suppose to be a day and a half job. I was finally able to use my shower a week later! The job Started on Oct 21st. Shower was finally useable on the 28th. During that week I was told numerous times times workers would be there. Of course they didn't show up. They use SUBCONTRACTORS when I was under the impression they were there own employees. I had one worker bring alcohol to my home in his lunch. The same employee who messed up a crucial cut on the job which delayed it for days. The company sent out another contractor who had NO IDEA what he was doing. He cut away a large section of my new floor which wasn't necessary, then freaked out and left. On his way out he told me there was asbestos and I needed to leave the house. This was not true! The workers, employees of the company, and the managers all communicated with each other and not me. I had to constantly contact individuals to get any information on my job. Ended up dealing with the regional manager Anthony who was the one who ended up getting this job done for me. All I can say is, BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
