Leaf Home Stair LiftReviews of leafhomesafetysolutions.com

Experience, installed in timely manor.

Professional in his work only problem was leaving some garbage on driveway from trim work

Did not get what I had talked to the salesman and paid for. Do not use unless you get everything in writing so a lawyer can get it fixed after they are done.

I am so glad that I called Leaf for another estimate for our tub to shower remodel! Jacob Kratzsch, Product Manager was very professional and very respectful of our home and of me and my husband. Bryan & Ben, the install team were also very respectful of our home and ourselves. Even though it took 4-5 days we are grateful and well pleased with their workmanship.

I am very unhappy because I was supposed to get a free shower curtain and a pad to rest my head on in the bathtub and I can’t get a hold of nobody. Nobody returns my calls. I would like to have a shower curtain and pad put on for the pillow.

Constant delays on start time of project. Never got a "heads up" call from the company advising us of a change in the star date. Had to constantly call & inquire as to when the project would begin. Very low flow from shower head. Was not advised that the shower head had a govenor on it. Also the floor is very slippery. We feel we were overcharged on the one grab bar that was installed. We had originally requested two. Still feel the price was too high for the products installed.

I am very disappointed with this stair lift. The lift was designed by their team to land on the upper stair with very little room for a walker to navigate by the stairway. The lift had plenty of room for it to come up on the landing and nest around the corner leaving room for walkers to navigate the stairs. I paid and astronomical amount of money for this stair lift and I am extremely disappointed with it.

The shower is beautiful however the otiginal installer was not up to par had a second tech come who was wonerful and fixed all the problems the first tech made. Now have trouble free shower thanks to Pete.
