Leaf Home Stair LiftReviews of leafhomesafetysolutions.com

The shower was supposed to be set lower than the existing tile floor as was specified, as the tile floor is to be removed. Instead, they set the shower at a higher level. Also put in the wrong shelves, not the ones specified and left a mess. Did nothing to contain dust and it wound up everywhere.

The speed in which our shower was installed was amazing. The installer was fantastic. He was prompt, cleaned up all messes, hauled the old tube away, and protected the carpets. More importantly, he finished the job on time. Thanks Leaf for a great install.

Leaf Home Safety Solutions replaced our old bathtub with a walk-in shower. Experienced and knowledgeable field rep responded within hours of our inquiry and patiently walked us through our options without pressuring us for the sale. The new shower was installed in a single day just 3 days after we signed the contract! The installers arrived as scheduled, were friendly and efficient, and did a good job of cleaning up after they completed their work. We are very pleased with the quality, appearance and functionality of our new shower.

The fact that they could promise to do the work in 6-8 weeks was fabulous. They ended up doing the job latter the same week. I spoke with Patrick on 10/11 Seth on 10/12 and the work started on 10/13 and was completed on 10/23

Excellent product, Excellent service, beautiful craftsmanship. So very pleased with my walkin in shower. Jake ans Fred were Excellent craftsman. Did exactly what David the salesman promised. Everyone was so professional. My home is over 150 years old and they did everything they needed to do above and beyond what I could have hoped.

Great professional service!

The company representatives were on time, their work was professionally done, and they answered all my concerns.

I disliked the first installation job. The first crew did a very sloppy job and It took me 3 days going back and forth with the project manager to help get it solved. Did second set of installers were professional and did an amazing job.
