I wanted a new tub because my tub was too tall for me to get in and out of safely this tub sets 2 in taller trim pieces are wrong they weren't cut correctly I have water that pulls on the front and the back of the tub which run out into the floor I have water that pulls in the window seal which runs back against the window and stays pulled up there I had to pay extra to move the water lines because the place where my bathroom sink was at the bathroom sink no longer fits so I was left without a bathroom sink we had discussed moving one wall to fit and bigger door the wall was not built the door was not installed therefore I have a bathroom with no door and for the cost of what it I'm paying for this I just felt like I should have been left in a hell of a lot better place

I saw the add on Facebook and clicked on "get a free quote" Got a phone call in a couple of days, set up an appointment for that week. Salesman came, explained the whole deal and gave me a quote. We decided to go for it, paid 25% at that time and was told they would call soon to set up the delivery. Got a phone call in a few days and set up a time for the install, install went good and the chair lift is in operation. The only complaint I have is the system is a little overpriced and I should have shopped around before making my decision to buy.

The persons that showed up to install our shower unit was over an hour late arriving at the time we were told they would be here, The young man told me they did not finish the job the night before till 11:30 PM so they did not get to the office till 8:30 AM so I understand there issues, They worked Steady on clearing out the old tub and walls. Around 5:30 I told them they did not need to stay later as they could come back the next day and Brian said he was about ready to quit for the night. The next morning he was back and Did a great job installing the walls and safety equipment and trim to complete the job. I must say he was clean and knew what he was doing. My wife was satisfied with the completed job and the manner in which it was done. Would recommend your company and employees to anyone and be glad to show off our new shower.

Scott was great at explaining the process and programming the installation. However, the inside corner strips were not to be installed and the handyman brought them and installed them. Also, given the outside corner situation, this was not planned well and took a bit longer to fix. There was a problem with the original handyman and the new one came up with a viable solution that was satisfactory. For $12,000 these small things should not have happened. The material is great and I am very happy with the hardware, tub, tiles, and shelves... I just wish the corner strips were not installed and it was simply installed flush and with grout. It kind of messes up the look.

Our chairlift has been out for more than 10 days. We contacted you who then got in touch with our local distributor (Chris) who told me someone would service us last Friday afternoon. I had not heard by 2:15 and called to see what was up. Chris said he would call the installer and get back to me. Neither he nor the installer have contacted me since. Your manual is also incomplete. It tells what the troubleshoot beeping means but does not tell us what steps to take. The installer also said that he would place the electrical outlet on the other side of the lift so that the electrical cord would not be a trip hazard. This is another example of local service unfulfilled.
