Process was fair, direct and reasonable. Installation was timely and completed without problems. Operation of the chairlift was demonstrated.

The sales and the project coordinator need to communicate the whole scope of the project. We requested 2 separate handles and received only one. The project coordinator and the ones doing the work need to be on the same page. This was not the case. The one doing the work seem to more knowledgeable than the sales and the project coordinator. The contractor doing the work was super and very knowledgeable in the ADA stuff.

To be honest, it was pleasant. They came, took out the old tub and surround. Put the new one in and clean everything up.

For me, I received quick and courteous service. I was very stressed over making the choice as to which company to go with. I felt very comfortable going with Leaf Home Safety Solutions, and I am very thankful that I did. I received very prompt service, and couldn't have asked for better service.

The installation went well. They came when they said and did a good job. But, the chair is crooked. You feel unsure riding up and down. I called. They send a man to fix the problem. When he left, a cover was left off and the chair is more uneven than it was. They called and he is coming again to fix it.... The repair was done today and it is perfect now!! Rating up to a 5! Thank you!

Your workers are knowledgeable in their job. They stayed later than I wanted. The first day I asked them to leave at 8:30 pm as they were making so much noise and we live in a condo complex. The second day they came in the afternoon and stayed until after 11:30 pm. These times are not acceptable to me. Then they didn't finish. A young man came with the shower curtain and rod a couple days later. Now more than a week and a half later, the shower head is still not on the wall with sealant. We also weren't told that the sealant has to cure for 24 hours before we could use the shower until right before they were leaving.
