Installers were late both days but worked late to get to the daily endpoint. Weren’t made aware that we would have to take care of installing floor tile to cover up the difference in footprints of the old and new tub. Cleanup Could have been better-but was cleared but where there was watery dirtiness, it dried and can be seen on our tile and wood floors Installers seemed to be in a rush to leave and we had to specifically ask for a tutorial on how the tub operates We hope they respond in a good manner-we had very good service with our stair climber from them last year.

Men came, were mannerly , knew exactly what they were doing . Had it done in couple hours ! The man who sold it to me was very professional and nice

The workers finished the job in a timely manner and did a very good job…very pleased..looks great

I would not recommend Leaf Guard Safety Solutions to anyone. Leaf Guard tells you things and does not do what they say that they are going to do. They said that they were going to install a shower head against the wall. They installed it on a sliding bar. They said that they were going to put a shelf in. They did not put a shelf in. They said that we had a big mold problem. Once they started working there was no big mold problem. The shower leaks down the seam and onto the floor. We have to put towels on the floor and around the faucet. They recommended a bigger water heater. They did not say the water heater that we had would not work. We are only able to fill the bath tub two thirds full before we run out of hot water. Leaf guard solutions does not complete the job the way they said they would. The shower nozzle has broke twice within the first two months. They also exaggerate their claims.

The salesman told us that everything was local workers,office,installers the installer that came to our house was from out state Indiana, he was two half hours late,then he unloaded his truck to find out the materials were the wrong stuff,so he arranged for someone to meet him halfway to pickup the right stuff so that took another hour or so he didn’t leave our house until 6:30 pm. A little disappointed

We were pleased with the product however it took a couple visits for some minor things to be fixed. I suggest outfitting your workers with labeled shirts and stickers for their vehicles/ some ID. Older people will be wary to open the door for them..

They were great from first meeting with Bre, and later with Chase and Eric. As Eric was installing our walkin shower he pointed out different errors that a previous installer did and he corrected them. He explained each steps in the insallation of the shower. Measure my height and my husband height for us to be comfortable in the chair and all security grab bars. We both are very happy with our new walkin shower.
