Leaf Home Stair LiftReviews of leafhomesafetysolutions.com

Tom Johnston did an excellent job, fast, neat, and very friendly while he worked. It was a great experience and I'm sure our 98-year old mother will enjoy the ride up and down our stairs.

Price, speed and workmanship.

The entire process was due to the excellent salesmanship of Mr. Peter DAmato and the installation by Mr. Chris. The installation was perfect and I now have the ability to go up and down my stairs with confidence. I feel both employees deserve KUDOS for making me a happy customer. Joseph Didia

They did a nice job on replacing the shower. The old tile went to the ceiling. When they removed the tile & dry wall. They pulled the dry wall tape away from the corner of the ceiling. I told them I would fix it. Everything else was done that day. We were happy with the work they did.

I was expecting a job worth $15000.00 but what I received was way less. they used scrap wood pieces and dry wall to from out. plus the one wall wasn't squared. had to have them come back because the faucet handle stuck out 5" from the wall and the door would slide open while you were shower, Just very disappointed in the quality of the job. there's nothing to be done at this point, your salesman just made it sound like it was going to be a very quality job being done. I wasn't expecting pieces of drywall to be installed where I ended up having them removed and a solid piece installed so I didn't have to spackle 6 places. the frame work on the shower head side wasn't even square. I'm sure if I researched it more I could have had a company come and do the same job for around $8000. Just saying I feel I over paid for. the cost of the shower and hardware shouldn't have been more then $5000 at the very most, Which means it was $10000 for labor for 2 guys and about 10 work. The math just doesn't add up

The crew was very quick, courteous and professional. They completed the bathroom in only one day. I am very happy that I chose Leaf Home Safety Solutions for my project.

There is a leak I reported it still have not on 07/26 and it’s 07/27. @5:30pm no call back. Also there is a scratch in the fixture. The sales man is very pushy and did not make something’s clear. If had to do it again I would pass the shower is way over priced. I was charged $1,000 for a shower door and that’s with a discount. I priced the door and it was listed for $550. Buyer beware.

Workers did not speak English or understand English, made a mess, left door open for long time.
