The work was done in 2 days. Clean up of debris was excellent. I can't complain on the quality of materials used. I felt like there was a lack of communication on the part of the construction crew as to how they did some of the installation. I felt like there was (in my opinion) some miscommunication between us and the salesman. All in all we are very pleased with the final outcome of our shower installation.

They came and got the job done in 1 day and did a good job but left a mess for me to clean up nails and drywall pieces everywhere but the shower looks nice

The whole experience and quick and simple. Danny came out and showed me samples of what kind of walls and base flooring that they offered and it was hard picking through all of the amazing options. Once I picked everything out, he got me approved for financing which was amazing and fast. The installers were supposed to come out for like 2 months but came the very next week and started and got it done and it looks amazing. I can’t thank you guys enough.

Who's to say that someone in your company Leah Home Safety will not find my words offensive, even if they are true. I am left very displeased with your company's service. I had 2 incompetent guys come in to do simple caulking. A 5-year old would have done better. Paying $10K for such a crappy job is an insult. A manager should've come to my home to inspect after my initial complaint. I guess once you got $10K from me, you didn't care to please a paying client. Word of mouth goes both ways. With you guys, it won't be positive. My bank advised me to contact the BBB and AG of Florida regarding my concerns. I will also reach out to Home Advisor. If you pay them for positive posts on the site, I doubt they will give a poo regarding my concerns as long as you people give them a hand out similar to Washington politicians. Going forward, I will not trust Home Advisor recommendations. Shame on you!

Our experience began with a friendly representative who knew not only the history of the company but the workings of the company―he didn't hesitate to answer any of our questions. He was friendly and professional. When the installer of our walk-in shower arrived, he, too, was very friendly and professional. He was on time every day, worked very efficiently all by himself and completed the job within the frame time promised. He cleaned up everything to our satisfaction and provided us with the proper documentation when the job was completed. There was a lot of dust, but it comes with the job. And, the installer covered everything properly in the work area. We would definitely recommend Leaf Home Safety Solutions to our friends and family.
