Leaf Home Stair LiftReviews of leafhomesafetysolutions.com

This company is true to their word. My shower installation looks amazing! Matt came to install my shower door and he didn’t think that the shower, caulking, shelves, etc. were done perfectly, so he re-did everything on his own! I am so ecstatic over the transformation that it brought me to tears! Chris called to make sure I was satisfied and I feel that this is an excellent company to use for bathroom renovations! I give them 5 stars for the installation and excellent customer service!!

Very sneaky !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a chair system installed in 2020 and the thing just quit. The salesman explained to me that it was under warranty for all parts and labor for 5 years so when I called their service department they said 150.00 trip charge and cost for any batteries or parts. This is a terrible way to do business and a terrible way to treat the elderly. I`m sure it will come back around to you folks someday good luck with that.

Still nothing but silence after asking when they are coming to install the grab handle that I am owed and have a copy of the work order for it to be done. I have been given conflicting stories about this but they now won't return my email for scheduling. I don't trust them and feel certain I have been conned

I am 150% ecstatic over my shower and the wonderful team of these 5 men Joey Murphy, Chris Bryan, Floyd Ireland, Reuben, and Richard it all started with the Point Man the Territory Sales Manager Joey Murphy who sold us the shower and he did this by not being pushy or salesy like. Joey was quite a character not only did he sell us on the shower he sold us on the company Leaf Home Safety Solutions and what they stand for and that's the customers and their satisfaction. What really sold us on the company was the Installation Manager Chris Bryan who came by to take measurements and arrange installation times etc and answer any questions I might have. The quality of their product and the high quality of their customer service the hands-on service was or is impeccable, if I were to explain it in my own words in order to make one understand would be to say when I called any of them with a question whether it be Chris, Joey or Floyd they each made me feel as if I were their only customer and that's a great feeling, finally we have Floyd he was the Plumber and a very happy man who you could tell loves his job. I honestly have nothing negative to say in fact if I had more time I could go on and on but maybe just letting one know we are doing a 2nd bathroom with them in 4 months should speak volumes.. this is one great company and the folks I interacted with were amazing and I would not change a thing

I am very happy with my new shower. I haven't needed to use the seat yet but it is reasurring to know it is there when I do needed. My insuller was very professional and pleasant young man.

The installers did a great job. I feel that the salesman didn't tell me everything about what we were paying for. But we still love the shower.

I was very impressed with my 2 sales managers, Veronica and Nicole these two young ladys were great with explaining and how the home safety solution remodeling is done. Veroncia and Nicole is responsible in my OK to have the job done. They were great !. The young man, Matt did a great job in putting in my safety Shower. I am satisfied .

Very professional company. Contractors were courteous, and thorough. I probably could have went with a less expensive option, but in my opinion it was well worth it. Been enjoying my new shower for two weeks now with nary a problem!
